Technical Services

Our Technical Services team are all based in our London office. We do not outsource, which allows us to maintain consistent levels to support, quickly and effectively.

Systems Training

Whether a full scope training, or a refresher training – we have dedicated inhouse trainers and Acturis / GPM specialists on hand to ensure you’re able maximise your use of systems to enhance and build your AR.

Compliance

With inhouse support, including Compliance Monitoring Programmes, to updated policies and procedures, we look after all things compliance – including periodic audits to ensure any gaps are well covered.

FCA reporting & Fees

All regulatory filings are completed by us, with any FCA levies calculated and paid by us as part of our service.

Client Money Reconciliation

As part of our service, we handle all client money, reconciliation and payments to insurers. You will receive transparent report each month, with optional view only access to your dedicated client account.

Our inhouse team assist with Claims Support, from notifications, to contentious issues involving claims lawyers.
