The recent M&A activity in the global insurance intermediary sector has had a direct impact on the end user, the assured. From poor advice, to delays in claims handling – we often hear about how poor customer services as a result of M&A directly impact the assured.
As an owner-managed, independent insurance group, we know the challenges first hand that independent brokers face. As cliché as it sounds, we are indeed ‘Stronger Together’, by focusing on our individual key strengths, which is why our original founder, Noah Jamal went onto establishing UK Brokerlink to support our independent clients with direct access to the London Market.
The Launch of UK Brokerlink
UK Brokerlink was initially established in 2019 to support independent insurance intermediary in UK, Europe and globally by coming together and benefiting from unified platform designed to support market access.
We have invested in broking systems, technology and expertise to becoming a platform of choice, by constantly adding supporting functions such as marketing and back-office support to empower our network members.
