Under this unique market wide arrangement, where required for our overseas clients - we help establish a UK entity, with regulatory cover as an FCA Appointed Representative, complete with back office support. Under our unique arrangement, we offer direct access to Lloyd’s Syndicates and specialty London Markets for risks to be negotiated and placed directly with London underwriters. All TOBAs and compliance are handled by our back office support function – allowing you to focus on origination and placement – whilst retaining complete control and earnings.
